NEA ELECTRONICS, INC. SIGNS TEAMING AGREEMENT WITH ROCKETSTAR ROBOTICS

MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA – October 25th, 2011 –NEA Electronics, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBA&D), and Rocketstar Robotics, Inc. have signed a teaming agreement to cooperatively develop and provide spacecraft customers a broad range of actuator and mechanism products. Through combined technology, engineering, and manufacturing capabilities, this team will provide the spacecraft community new
expertise in the areas of deployment, positioning and robotics actuation.
Under the terms of the agreement, Rocketstar Robotics will re-locate to NEA Electronics’ facility space within EBA&D’s 190,000 square foot facility in Moorpark, California where much of the infrastructure exists to support this effort.
